If it is the first time you’re using this product

Start with a very low dose.
This is done by taking one spray on day one and one spray on day two.

Then on day number three you can take two sprays (one in each nostril) and do the same on day number four, once your golden tan starts to develop reduce the dosage to one spray per nostril each day. By the time you are ready to finish your 10ml bottle you should have reached a golden tan now the product has got into your system.
